Live Dealer: Bets placed on live dealer games are final once confirmed by the dealer or the game interface. Disconnections or technical interruptions on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund or reversal of a placed bet.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the method used for their most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion.
